FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are some valuable things to know when planning your trip to Coeur d’Alene On Ice. We’ve compiled a list of some frequently asked questions here. We hope it makes your visit as enjoyable as possible.

  • Coeur d’Alene on Ice is a seasonal ice rink located in McEuen park in downtown Coeur d’Alene.  It runs from the last weekend of October through January and is locally owned and operated by the Murray family. Learn more about them here!

  • The rink is an open-air, outdoor venue, so it is generally just a few degrees colder on the ice than it is outside.  We have 3 igloos that can be reserved, a fire pit and patio heaters to warm you up during your skate session.

  • We suggest wearing long socks for skating in addition to a hat, gloves, and jacket on cold days.

  • We provide lockers free of charge to guests. Feel free to bring a padlock if you wish to lock up items.

  • Parking can be found in several places around downtown Coeur d’Alene.  There is a parking lot adjacent to McEuen Park that charges for parking. Free street parking is located around downtown, also, subject to availability.

  • You are welcome to bring your own skates to CdA On Ice!  When you purchase your skate session, let the ticket booth staff know you brought your own skates and you will receive a $2 session discount!
